The Rental Fleet

Four Ways to Put a Big, Bright Screen Anywhere

Every platform below lives in our Omaha-area facility, is maintained by the same team that builds and sells LED trucks nationwide, and shows up with a crew that has done this hundreds of times. Tell us the event — we'll tell you the right screen.

Mobile LED Trailer

Legion 2313 LED Outdoor Trailer

Our flagship rental: a tow-anywhere mobile LED screen trailer that raises a massive, daylight-readable display in minutes. This is the "jumbotron rental" people picture — big enough for a park full of movie-night blankets, bright enough for a noon kickoff tailgate, and self-contained with onboard power so it runs where there are no outlets at all.

Mini LED Truck

Centro 804 Mini LED Electric Truck

A fully electric mini LED truck that goes where trailers can't: tight downtown streets, parking garages, campus walkways, venue entrances. It's whisper-quiet — no generator hum over your event audio — and emission-free, so it can idle beside a crowd, creep along a parade route, or park inside a plaza while the screens do the talking.

Fine-Pitch LED Posters — One Panel or a 6' × 11' Wall

Sleek, freestanding LED poster screens with an ultra-fine P2.0 pixel pitch — crisp enough to read from a few feet away, which makes them ideal indoors. Rent a single poster as a digital sign, or let us join all five into one seamless screen roughly 6 feet tall by 11 feet wide. These are the easiest rental in the fleet, and the one asset we offer for customer pickup and self-operation.

Why Rent From Legion

Rent From the People Who Build These for a Living

Most rental companies rent screens. We build, sell, and service LED trucks and trailers for operators nationwide — the rental fleet is the same caliber of equipment, maintained by the same technicians.

Legion Command website and funnel builder with drag-and-drop editing for LED truck campaigns

Dealer-Grade Equipment

We're the region's licensed LED truck and trailer dealer. Every rental screen is owned, serviced, and calibrated in-house — not brokered from a third party at a markup.

Legion Command unified inbox combining texts, emails, and social messages per contact

Techs, Not Delivery Drivers

The person running your screen is a trained LED technician with spare modules and parts on the truck. If something blinks, it gets fixed mid-event — not apologized for afterward.

Daylight-Bright, Weather-Ready

True outdoor LED brightness means your 2 PM tailgate and your 9 PM movie both look incredible. No dusk delays, no projector washout, no crossed fingers about the forecast.

Actually Local

Based in the Omaha metro — not a national broker routing your event to whoever answers. Local crews, local venues we already know, and a shop minutes away if anything needs a swap.

Content Help Included

Send us your video, slides, sponsor loops, or a live feed — we'll format it so it fills the screen and looks right. Not sure what to show? We'll walk you through it.

Rental FAQ

LED Screen Rental Questions, Answered

How much does it cost to rent an LED screen in Omaha?

Every quote is custom because the drivers vary so much: screen platform and size, event date and duration, distance from our Omaha-area facility, and whether you need an operator for the full event. Tell us those four things by phone or through the quote form and we'll turn around exact pricing — usually the same business day. There's never a charge, or any pressure, for a quote.

What size LED screen do I need for an outdoor movie night?

A good rule of thumb: the screen should be about one foot of width for every 8–10 feet to your farthest viewer. For a neighborhood movie night of 100–300 people, our LED trailer is the sweet spot — big, daylight-bright, and self-powered so it works in any park or lot. For larger festival crowds, a modular video wall build up to 17 feet wide gives you the most screen. Tell us your expected crowd and venue and we'll size it for you.

Are LED screens really visible in daylight?

Yes — and this is the biggest difference between LED screen rental and projector rental. Projectors need darkness; outdoor LED panels are engineered to overpower direct sun. That's why a noon Husker tailgate, an afternoon festival, or a pre-dusk movie start all look vivid on our screens when a projector would be invisible.

Do you deliver, set up, and run the screen?

Yes. Trailer, truck, and video wall rentals are full-service: we deliver, position, power, test, operate, and tear down, with a trained LED tech on site for your event. Our fine-pitch LED posters are the exception — they're plug-and-play, so you can have us handle everything or pick them up and run them yourself.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Bellevue and serve the entire Omaha metro — including Papillion, La Vista, Millard, Elkhorn, Gretna, Ralston, Bennington, Blair, Fremont, Plattsmouth, and Council Bluffs — plus Lincoln, Waverly, and Ashland along the I-80 corridor. The mobile trailer and truck routinely travel farther across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, so ask about your location.

Can I rent a screen for a Husker tailgate, NFL Sunday, or UFC fight night?

Absolutely — game-day watch parties are one of the most popular uses of our fleet, in Lincoln on fall Saturdays and across Omaha for NFL, college hoops, and pay-per-view fight nights. One heads-up from experience: private gatherings are simple, but commercial venues showing pay-per-view or broadcast content may need the proper commercial license from the broadcaster. We'll flag it during booking so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between the LED trailer and a modular video wall?

The trailer is a self-contained mobile LED screen — it tows in, raises a big outdoor display fast, and brings its own power, which makes it ideal for parks, lots, and anywhere without infrastructure. A modular video wall is panel-built on site to your exact size (up to 17' wide by 9' tall), works indoors or out, and integrates into a stage or ballroom the way a trailer can't. Not sure? Describe the venue and we'll recommend one.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Fall Saturdays, graduation season, and summer festival weekends book earliest — for those, a month or more of lead time protects your date. That said, we keep multiple platforms in the fleet, so it's always worth a call even on short notice.
