By purchasing a ticket to Discovery Day hosted by Legion LED Trucks, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Tickets & Inclusions
General Admission (GA): Includes admission to Discovery Day on November 14, 2025, lunch, dinner, shuttle transportation between the Embassy Suites Omaha (555 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102) and Legion LED Trucks, and one hotel room for the night of Thursday, November 13, 2025.

VIP Upgrade: Includes all GA benefits plus VIP Dinner on 11/13, VIP Only Q&A with Jerry Teeter, priority shuttle pickup (8:00 a.m. on event day) and a Companion Pass.

Companion Pass: Admits one additional attendee from the same business. Limited to one Companion per GA ticket. Included with VIP.

⚠️ Only one hotel room is included per GA or VIP ticket. If additional rooms or nights are required for companions, they must be booked and paid directly with the hotel.

Tickets are non-transferable without written approval from Legion LED Trucks.

2. Refund Policy

Event Ticket Refund:

Attendees may request a refund of their ticket immediately following the truck demo and before the "Next Steps and Offer" session.

Once the "Next Steps and Offer" session begins, ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Truck Deposit Refund (72-Hour Guarantee):

Attendees who place a deposit toward the purchase of a truck at Discovery Day may request a full refund within 72 hours of returning home, provided the request is submitted in writing by email.

After 72 hours, deposits become non-refundable, and the contract payment schedule agreed upon at Discovery Day will take effect.

3. Travel & Accommodation

Attendees are responsible for all travel to and from Omaha, NE.

Shuttle service is provided on November 14, 2025, only between the host hotel and Legion LED Trucks.

Any additional nights or extra rooms must be booked and paid for directly with the hotel.

4. Event Changes

Legion LED Trucks reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming. In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket fees will be refunded in full.

5. Code of Conduct

Discovery Day is a professional event. Legion LED Trucks reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, and resources provided during Discovery Day are the intellectual property of Legion LED Trucks. They are provided for your personal/business use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending, you agree to participate at your own risk. Legion LED Trucks is not responsible for:

Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during travel or at the event.

Loss or damage to personal belongings.

Business outcomes, financial results, or other incidental damages arising from the use of information presented.

8. Media Release

By attending Discovery Day, you grant Legion LED Trucks permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings that may include your image or voice for promotional purposes, without compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
